We do offer over night storage, long term storage, covered storage, just not in any fancy warehouse.
During a tow, is it hard on the vehicle?
Where the vehicle is lifted by the tires, it is towed and riding on its own suspension, absorbing any bumps along the way.
Can you two outside of Arizona?
Yes! Wherever you need a tow, we’re there.
Are you insured?
Yes, Valley Towing and every local driver are fully licesned, bonded, and insured.
Are there many methods of towing?
There are several! The most commonly and effective manner is flatbed tow, and there are also Wheel-lift tow, and Frame-lift tow. There are also additional methods available to tow motorcycles and classic vehicles, as well as large automobiles.
What kind of construction equipment do you tow?
Forklifts, tool boxes, small tractors, storage sheds, any small construction equipment.

If you have a smartphone you can use your mapping app and type in “current location.”
What's your typical Estimated time of arrival?
Generally, we can reach most areas, of the valley within 60 minutes, any time of day. If you’re being picked up during a high traffic time of day the times will vary. Upon booking a tow with us you will be given the ETA as provided by the disbatcher.
Can I cancel a tow after I've booked it?
Yes, you can cancel a tow at anytime.
If I have an “all-wheel-drive” vehicle, is a flatbed tow truck required?
Not necessarily, but there are additional methods of towing that are capable as well.
There is an overwhelming number of makes and models available, are there different requirements needed when towing each vehicle and how can the professional remember them all?
The standard equipment a tow truck driver possesses is geared to handle the manufacturer’s guidelines to ensure safe towing. With experience comes efficiency in dealing with the various makes and models. Requests can be made and the professional can consult with the manufacturer to ensure proper protocols.
What insurance companies do you work with?
We tow for certain insurance companies, or we can tow a vehicle and the owner can get reimbursed by their insurance carrier.
